Have been in Essex (UK) and met Dechan Jueren Title: MahaVairocana Dharma King .. Lineage Holder: The 49th Maha-Acharya.

Biography:

1951	Born in a family of Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors in Chaoyang, Liaoning Province, China.
1990	Received the lineage transmission from the 48th Maha-Acharya, Master Huiling, with Master Qingding as the witness, at Zhaojue Monastery, Chengdu, Sichuan.
1991	Preservation of Cultural Relic: ·1 North Pagoda, Chaoyang – 1.53 million RMB.
1991 ~ 2001	Repaired and built 21 elementary schools in some of the most remote regions in China.
1998	Won the golden award in the International Association of Integrated Medicine at the University of Southern California on July 26, 1998; for his: ‘ outstanding contribution to the distribution and development of acupuncture, qigong, oriental medicine and integrated medicine in the world’. Raised fund for China Charity Association for the 1998 Great Flood Disaster Relief – 76 million RMB. Charitable Contribution: ·1 Longquan Monastery, Chifeng, Inner Mongolia – 60,000 RMB. ·2 Yuanbaoshan Monastery – 60,000 RMB. ·3 Yuanbaoshan Wangye Temple – 60,000 RMB. ·4 Beipiao Xiafu Temple – 90,000 RMB.
1999	Founded Dari Rulai Temple in California, U.S.A.
2000	Attended and spoke at the United Nations Millennium World Peace Summit of Religious and Spiritual Leaders. Preservation of Cultural Relic: ·1 Fanzong Monastery, Chifeng, Inner Mongolia – 1.1 million RMB. Charitable Contribution: ·2 Yonghegong Temple, Beijing – 800 million RMB.
2001	Assisted China Charity Association with international fund-raising activities for disaster relief supplies and funds totaling 12 million RMB.
2001	Charitable Contribution: ·3 25 km of mountain road from Jinyuan Village to the County Town, Qinghai – 1.5 million RMB. ·4 Electricity and phone service from Jinyuan Village to Dandou Monastery – 270,000 RMB. ·5 Prayer wheels and sutra books for the Jinyuan Temple – 180,000 RMB. ·6 More than 40 computers for the poor school in the mountain, Chaoyang.
2002	Preservation of Cultural Relic: ·1 Haitangshan ancient rock relief – 4.7 million RMB. Preservation of Cultural Relic: ·2 Saichi Monatery water work – 4.5 million RMB. ·3 Saichi Monastery Main Hall – 700,000 RMB. Charitable Contribution: ·1 Saichi Monatery – 110,000 RMB. ·2 Kalachakra Teaching with over 50,000 attending – 260,000 RMB. ·3 Other Monasteries in Qinghai – 86,000 RMB. ·4 Huaishudong Temple, Chaoyang, Liaoning – 250,000 RMB. ·5 Chaoyangdong Temple, Chaoyang, Liaoning – 70,000 RMB. ·6 Beide Falun Temple, Chaoyang, Liaoning – 500,000 RMB. ·7 Qidaoquan Zidu Temple – 69,000 RMB. ·8 Bei Sijiazi Huayan Temple – 60,000 RMB. ·9 Chaoyang Charity Association – 69,000 RMB. ·10 Chaoyang Disabled Children – 150,000 RMB. ·11 Chaoyang underprivileged children to go to school – 400,000 RMB.
2002 ~ 2004	Preservation of Cultural Relic: ·4 Xingyuan Monastery, Kulun, Inner Mongolia – 76 million RMB.
2003	Selected for inclusion in the World Outstanding Chinese Yearbook 2003. Appointed the Oversea Representative General by China’s Committee on Poverty Alleviation. Charitable Contribution: ·1 Electricity and road to Agui Monastery, Inner Mongolia – 900,000 RMB ·2 Food, etc. for Agui Monastery – 1.36 million RMB. ·3 Other charity contribution to Agui Monastery – 100,000 RMB.
2003 ~ 2005	Charitable Contribution: ·1 Building the 10th Panchen Lama’s Memorial – 2 million RMB.
2004	Preservation of Cultural Relic: ·5 Dandou Monastery, Wendu Monastery and Buddhist College founded by the 10th Panchen Lama – 7 million RMB. Charitable Contribution: ·6 Diesel oil to run water pump for struggling rural farmers who were suffering from extended drought in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia – 300,000 RMB. ·7 Rebuilt underprivileged elementary school classrooms damaged by flood in Kulunqi, Inner Mongolia – 100,000 RMB.
2006	Charitable Contribution: ·8 Chaoyang Charity Association – 1.8 million RMB. ·9 Chaoyang Nanjie Elementary School – 100,000 RMB. ·10 Surgery for Qiqi, a 2-year old boy having a 14-year old body – 15,000 RMB.
2001 ~ Present	Scholarships and Grants to 671 children of poor families in Qinghai: 7 in college, 21 in high school, 69 in middle school and the rest in elementary school, totaling 1.5 to 1.6 million RMB per year. Practical English for Kids for free in China by funding Americans to come to teach – 800,000 RMB.

My Aunt Mary Breda O Connor from Castelconnell Co Limerick, emigrated in the 1940’s. to England where she worked as a nurse. She eventually settled in the USA in 1958. married, had two children and became a naturalised US citizen. On Saturday last her ashes were laid to rest with her parents in the family plot in the village cemetery in Castleconnell Co. Limerick in accordance with her dying wishes,

A memorial mass was held to celebrate her life attended by her numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews and her husband John, daughter Mary and son Chris. She was a talented fly fisher, who thought nothing of slinging a rifle over her back to ward off bears while fishing in Alaska, she retained her links with Ireland all through the years visiting always and held a very special place in the lives of her nieces and nephews for the free spirit that she was.

Hello world,

I am a blog virgin, so all this is new to me.I am hopeing it’s going to be like when I first started to drive, you know that uncomfortable feeling, awkward and unsure, not really getting the hang of it, while the world and it’s mother are doing it with their eyes closed,arm hanging out the window,on the phone and checking their make up at the same time .All the while I’m sitting rigit , both hands griped fircely on the wheel, placed exactly in the position on the clock that they are suposed to be, my stomach in knots , over thinking every move ,doing my head in and wondering do I really need to be doing this.

Then it happens, something kicks in , it becomes enjoyable, edictive even .You no longer worrie about your every move, people can now talk to you while you drive and you can have your favourite tunes blasting as loud as you like and it does’nt matter coz, you are now flowing through the motions.It is natural.

I am looking forward to that day, when this is no longer double dutch to me and I can enjoy sharing my thoughts and experiences.

OK, So I hav’nt got round to it yet…but my friend Val over at IKON HAIR has,I put up her blog last night and she wrote a piece which just about covers everything I want to say….SO I will just let her say it for me…
